No such luck, error message simply says failed to uninstall. Told the installer to go ahead and install the damn thing, just so I can disable it. Tried to re-install from the CD, same problem.
Called Dell, no help. Told me to contact Microsoft. Called Microsoft, less help. Actually asked for money up front. Calmed down and hit the forums. Now, I have BCM trying to install every time I open my OEM copy of Outlook that won't install, won't un-install, Can't be disabled, and is damn near impossible to find in the registry.
